Ann brings more than 20 years of experience in leading, advising and consulting with various types of companies in numerous industries. She has extensive knowledge within the Real Estate industry servicing businesses and individuals with their estate and gift planning, succession planning, and tax planning needs. Prior to joining Bauerle, Ann worked for a midsize local CPA firm for twenty-three years, fifteen of those years as a shareholder.
Ann is a graduate of Metropolitan State College of Denver with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. She was named by the Denver Business Journal list of "Who's Who in Law and Accounting" in 2004. Ann is a member of several professional organizations including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants, Alliance of Professional Women, Alliance Foundation Executive Board member, Commercial Real Estate for Women, and the Association for Accounting Marketing. Ann is also active in numerous civic and charitable organizations and enjoys volunteering in her spare time.
