Lyle Mattern, a Montana State University graduate and Bauerle employee since 1985, earned his certification as a public accountant in 1987. A member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants, he also has served as president of the Valley Country Club’s board of directors and was involved in the Club’s Executive, Long-Term Planning and Budget & Finance Committees.
Lyle primarily works with professional service groups, small business owners, and real estate services developers. He specializes in tax consulting and planning; estate and succession planning; transaction structures; real estate transactions; and tax preparation and consulting for individuals, businesses, and trusts. This range of expertise is, according to Lyle, what helps make Bauerle a valuable resource: “Our employees have a broad base of skill sets that allows us to draw on a variety of resources to produce timely and value-added services.”
