Scott Oglesby joined Bauerle after earning his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Colorado State University in 1983. He received certification as a public accountant in 1985 and has been a Certified Valuation Analyst since 2003. Scott belongs to the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Colorado chapter of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. He has served on the Rocky Mountain chapter of the Associated Builders and Contractors’ board of directors since 2008, and he is also a member of the PKF North American Network’s National Construction Committee.
A specialist in business valuations, business consulting, and mergers and acquisitions, Scott believes that Bauerle’s strength lies in diversity: “Our staff consists of people with different backgrounds and experiences which allow us to advise and work with clients on the majority of issues for which they may seek guidance. Also, our presence as a consistent fixture in Colorado for over 30 years has helped us develop a strong and diverse network of outside resources to bring to bear as needed for serving our clients’ needs.”
