Thomas Dosen joined the Bauerle team in 1980 after graduating from the University of Northern Colorado with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants, Associated General Contractors of Colorado, the Colorado Contractors Association, the Construction Financial Management Association, PKF North America, Associated Builders and Contractors, the American Subcontractors Association, and the Rocky Mountain Surety Association. Thomas also has chaired the Fee Review Committee of the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants--a committee providing fee arbitration services for disputes between clients and their CPAs—for over 10 years, and is active in numerous other community organizations.
After more than three decades in practice, Thomas brings a tremendous amount of experience to the Bauerle team. His expertise includes auditing, tax and consulting. He is, as well, a sought-after consultant in matters regarding business succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, financial planning and specialized consulting engagements.
