Bauerle and Company, P.C. is pleased to announce that Ann M. Broderick has joined our firm as a Tax Partner. Ann brings more than 23 years of experience in leading, advising, and consulting with various types of companies and individuals. She has expertise in a multitude of industries such as Real Estate, Nonprofit, Manufacturing, Transportation, Professional Services, and Small Businesses. In addition to compliance work, Ann services businesses and individuals with advisory services like estates and trusts, and gift planning, and succession planning. Prior to joining Bauerle, Ann worked for a midsize local CPA firm for twenty-three years, fifteen of those years as a shareholder.
Ann is a graduate of Metropolitan State College of Denver with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. She was named by the Denver Business Journal list of "Who's Who in Law and Accounting" in 2004. Ann is a member of several professional organizations including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants, Alliance of Professional Women, Alliance Foundation, Commercial Real Estate for Women, and the Association for Accounting Marketing. Ann is also active in numerous civic and charitable organizations and enjoys volunteering in her spare time.
